Last Friday was a friend's birthday. However, since he needs to go to mosque for his prayer, and another common friend of us was away, I think I am going to visit him this week. We are planning to get him a cake too. Omg it has been awhile since I last ate a cake. I wanna eat the chocolate banana cake from Secret Recipe! Nyum nyum.

A close Indian friend of my dad was passing by yesterday, and he stopped by and chatted with my dad. He was surprised to see me, and asked why I was home (from work) early. I told him that I have quit my job and have been working at home for almost two years now. However, since yesterday was 1st of April, he didn't believe it. Hahaha. He said he seldom see my car (???!!!), and it's impossible that I have been working at home for almost two years.
He asked about my current job, and I told him that I'm a political blogger now, that I have been hired to write bad things about the political parties... and he believed that! Hahahaha. Of course, I clarified and told him that I was just joking.
It's almost midnight here, and I'm going to bed now.
